I hadn't thought about that. That said, the game's system is specifically built around the male orgasm, and the fact that once a man has one, it's pretty much over for him, so it's better if it happens at the right moment. The system would probably be different if you switched genders. I don't think the gameplay would really work in that case.

one doubt what if you update the game where you select male or female whether straight sex or lesbian sex?

Maybe with an other system in an other game ?
Maybe though you might give it a shot and you might play whether lesbian gay or straight or a play as a woman to have sex with a male or female .
